Email received from state’s Cardinal system on June 15

On June 15, 2025, employees who are eligible for health benefits through the state received a benefits confirmation email notice from the state's benefits system, Cardinal, indicating that health benefit elections have been finalized. All benefits-eligible employees received this email whether they made changes or not during open enrollment. Employees do not need to take any action as a result of the email; however, employees are encouraged to log into Cardinal and check their benefits elections for the upcoming plan year, which starts July 1.
