Payment and Cancellation
The Division of Human Resources accepts three forms of payment for professional development courses:
- Interdepartmental Service Request (ISR) (see on-line instructions for completing an ISR through HokieMart)
- Departmental transfer from the Virginia Tech Foundation
- Personal check
Checks should be made payable to the Treasurer, Virginia Tech and mailed to:

Cancellations must be made by contacting the Division of Human Resources at email@example.com or 540-231-5100 at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the workshop.
All no-shows and cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the date of the workshop will be charged the full cost of registration.
All no-shows and cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the date of any computer desktop application or free workshop will be charged a $35 course maintenance fee.
