Payment

The Division of Human Resources accepts three forms of payment for professional development courses:


Checks should be made payable to the Treasurer, Virginia Tech and mailed to:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by contacting the Division of Human Resources at hr@vt.edu or 540-231-5100 at least three (3) business days prior to the date of the workshop.

All no-shows and cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the date of the workshop will be charged the full cost of registration.

All no-shows and cancellations received less than three (3) business days prior to the date of any computer desktop application or free workshop will be charged a $35 course maintenance fee.
