Performance Partners

Each of our senior management areas, such as a college or division, has a performance partner for the staff performance cycle. These individuals are usually embedded in the department. They can be supported by a Division of Human Resources representative (DHR).

This performance partner is the one to reach out to for any of the following reasons:

  • My employee/supervisor is out on extended leave of absence
  • My staff employee has moved into an Administrative/Professional (A/P) faculty position
  • My new employee transferred from another position on campus and I need to update their job duties for the new position (internal transfer)
  • My employee has left the university
  • My supervisor/reviewer is incorrect in PageUp PfM (performance management system)
  • My job duties are not correct in my performance plan
  • I should have a performance plan, but I don't see it
  • I need assistance with planning, touchpoints, and/or evaluation
