Retirement Notices:

VRS Hybrid Participants have until June 15 to elect voluntary contribution changes to be effective in July 2024. To adjust voluntary contribution percentages visit www.varetire.org/hybrid.

Regular and restricted full-time and part-time salaried staff are covered by the Virginia Retirement System. Faculty employees may participate in the Virginia Retirement System or in an Optional Retirement Plan.

Voluntary retirement plans (403(b) and 457) allow you to invest additional money pre-tax or post-tax.
