The Employee Suggestion Program is state-sponsored and designed to recognize and encourage development of ideas to improve business operations. Employees must identify specific issues above and beyond basic job requirements and propose valid solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, provide safer working conditions or expedite public services. If suggestions are adopted, employees may receive either a cash or non-cash award in recognition of their creativity and initiative. The suggestion form is available online.
