Virginia Tech is committed to ensuring an environment for all employees that is fair, humane, and respectful. Sexual harassment is a form of misconduct that undermines the integrity of our university community. No student, faculty, staff, administrator, employee, supervisor, or manager (male or female) should be subjected to unsolicited and unwelcome sexual overtures or conduct of a verbal, nonverbal, or physical nature.
Individuals should take concerns or complaints of sexual harassment to their supervisor, the Human Resources Department, Office for Equal Opportunity, or a Dean or Vice President.
Additional information is available on the Office for Equal Opportunity website.
