Performance Management
A new online performance management tool is now available through HokieSpa. All performance management plans for the 2011-2012 Review period should be created using the on-line performance management tool. Please refer to the Performance Management section for instructional documents.
Total Compensation
“Total Compensation” includes not only salary, but also additional benefits such as paid leave, insurance benefits, retirement plans, educational assistance programs and more. Employees, both current and prospective, may also access the new Total Compensation Estimator which allows access to a statement that helps illustrate the overall value of the complete employment package here at Virginia Tech.
