The Compensation & Performance Management team is pleased to provide information related to all our services. If you are interested in learning more about Compensation Management programs, you can access current policies, procedures and guidelines online. Additionally, there is information and resources provided on Awards & Recognition, Classification, and Performance Management.
Recently we have added a new section titled Total Compensation. Here you will find an overview of both the cash and non-cash items that makeup “total compensation”. You will also find resources that provide more specific detail on the many benefits and “perks” employees of Virginia Tech are eligible for. In the near future, we plan to add a “Total Compensation Estimator” which will allow employees to view a more personalized statement of the overall value of their employment package here at Virginia Tech.
