Full-time salaried employees, meeting admission requirements and with the approval of their department, may have waived or reimbursed twelve (12) credit hours per academic year (Fall through Summer II) not to exceed six (6) hours in a Fall, Spring, Summer I, or Summer II term. Part-time salaried employees are also eligible for a total of six (6) credit hours per academic year with the tuition waiver/reimbursement programs. Employees in a leave status are not eligible for tuition waiver. The maximum of twelve (12) hours will include tuition waiver, tuition reimbursement, or a combination of both.
