Salaried faculty and staff employees working 20 or more hours per week may be eligible for a cash match contribution from the state when enrolled in a qualified 403(b) or 457(b) plan. Employee contributions of $40 per pay period are eligible for the maximum cash match contribution of $20 per pay period. Employee contributions of less than $40 per pay period are eligible for a 50% cash match contribution. Approved cash match companies are Fidelity, TIAA-CREF, AIG Retirement and Great West.
